Commodity appreciation period
From the moment the fresh fruit arrives in your hands, there is a product appreciation period within one day. (24 hours)
If you need to return the goods, please contact the customer service staff within 1 day after receiving the goods, and provide information such as “name”, “order number”, “contact number”, “returned product name”, “returned reason and photo”, etc. The customer service staff will assist you to return and exchange the goods after receipt.
※If you have received the paper invoice, please return it together with the “shopping invoice” when returning the goods.

从鲜果抵达您手上开始即拥有一天内商品鉴赏期。(24小时)
如有退货需求,请于收到商品1天内联络客服人员,并提供「姓名」、「订单编号」、「连络电话」、「退换货商品名称」、「退换货原因及照片」等资料,客服人员收到后将会协助您进行退换货。
※若您已收到纸本发票,退货时请连同「购物发票」一并退回。

退换货须知
退货鲜果须立即查看水果是否损坏如:臭酸,发霉,不熟或在运送期间损坏(烂掉),必须在当天给与通知,否则恕不接受退货。
以下情况无法接受退货:
超过两天以上的鲜果鉴赏期。
超过两天以上才来通知购买的鲜果有问题如:臭酸,发霉,不熟或在运送期间损坏(烂掉)等,则无法要求再次退货 、 退费 。
退货流程
联络客服人员 → 确认可换货 → 准备完整鲜果及发票 → 提供收件时间及联络资讯、地址 → 将由我端委托之物流进行。
退款说明
付款者确认退货成功后,会直接把款项刷退至原付款帐号中。
